"I’ve been an attendant of Hobby Therapy Australia for almost a decade, and it has been a consistently positive experience for its entire duration.
With friendly and experienced staff, many opportunities for personal skill development (most notably relating to computer science and IT), a welcoming environment for people with autism to engage and socialise with their peers, Hobby Therapy Australia has been a constant and stable point of support."

"My son has been attending for 2.5 years and absolutely loves it. He has met some lovely kids during his time there and always has so much fun. As a parent of a child with ASD I cannot thank Heath and Corey more for providing this important activity for our children. The challenges they face with socialization fade away in this environment, they feel safe and accepted to finally be themselves and not mask their personalities. I can’t really imagine not having HTA for my son, sadly he doesn’t get invited many places, so for him I know it feels like he gets to spend time with friends.
Heath and Corey are so patient with the kids and really have a wonderful rapport with them. It’s beautiful to see the connections formed at HTA, and I would gladly tell any parent considering HTA to send your child, they will be warmly welcomed and I know they’ll be looking forward to their next HTA session as much as my son does!
Thank you Heath and Corey for this wonderful group."

"When I was in primary school I remember looking inside the club with awe when my older brother attended these sessions on a weekend. They played Minecraft together, various party video games like Mario cart and smash bros, dungeons&dragons and my favourite hanging out with like minded people. I’m guilty that I begged my parents to let me join but fast forward to now and I’m still coming even after I’ve graduated high-school. The club Is so much more than games though I’ve learn so many things like 3D printing, coding and how to do many craft actives such as painting miniatures or building dioramas. The workers are friendly, creative and love their job, they try to make your ideas and dreams into reality and without them the club wouldn’t be the same."

I've been going to the place for years and I love the place. It's been able to help me understand how things work and being able to understand much more about things like technology and also about life skills that will help me. I always looked forward to going on Saturdays. The people at hobby Therapy have gotten me through some tough times and I'm really happy with the community and friendships I've built there.
